A 12-month program for leaders who know the work has to change but aren't sure where to start. We write down how the work actually runs, decide what to fix first, get the fixes built, and bring your people along. You sign one phase at a time, and you can stop after any phase with everything you've paid for.
The year, in five steps

Four tracks, all year: the work, the technology, the people, and governance. A development partner I manage, or your own IT team, does the build. I don't sell software and I don't take vendor commissions. AI Ready training runs inside the program as the people track.
Sizing
About six months for a smaller scope, twelve for most, up to eighteen for large organizations.
Price
Priced by phase and sized to your organization. Pricing on request. Most clients start with the Documentation Package at $7,500, which is fully credited toward the program.
