The Documentation Package
One workflow, written down and ready to use.
Before you configure new software or point an AI tool at a process, you need to know how that process really runs. I capture one workflow with the people who do it, show you what it costs today, and hand you the SOPs and training guide that make the new way stick.
How it works
| Week | Step | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Listen | A short intake, then working sessions with the people who actually do the work |
| 2 | Write it down | The workflow mapped as it really runs, including the workarounds |
| 3 | Hand it over | SOPs, the training guide, the cost picture and a 60-minute readout with your leadership |
What you receive
- A swim lane diagram of the workflow as it runs today
- The cost of the current way of working: where the time and money go
- SOPs written in plain language, step by step
- A training guide in two versions: one for your people, one your AI tools can follow
- A fix plan in priority order: what to change first, and what to automate only after that
- A 60-minute readout with your leadership team
Investment
- One workflow: $7,500, fixed fee. Half to start, half on delivery.
- Three workflows with go-live training guides, usually tied to a software rollout: about $20,000.
- Fully credited toward Human Edge Workforce Transformation if you start within 90 days.
No open-ended hours.
Why I do this work
I've run these functions. 25+ years leading procurement and HR operations, including $400M+ in indirect spend and a contingent workforce program of roughly 10,000 contractors. I know where the work breaks, because I've been the person it broke on.
